CARRERA specializes in the design, manufacture, and marketing in France of heating devices equipped with Wi-Fi functionality (the “Equipment”). Through the ECONERGY Application, users can monitor and balance their energy consumption and access consumption reduction services.
2. Personal Data Collected
The following categories of data may be collected depending on usage:
Identification Data
- Title, first name, last name, postal address, email, phone numbers
- User ID, home ID, Linky meter number, Equipment data
Equipment Consumption Data
- Electricity consumption, load curves, consumption history (kWh), power thresholds, alerts, etc.
Consumption Reduction Data (Premium Offer)
- Participation consent, reduction activity logs, power reduction values, achieved savings, etc.
Correspondence with Customer Service
- Data required for request handling (identification, contact info, etc.)
Navigation Data
- Connection dates, IP address, geolocation, preferences, cookies
